About "Global Leader":

I believe required quality desirable for the ideal global leaders would be:
1) Sensitive about the company's social responsibility with sound business ethics.
2) Ownership and passion, i.e. strong responsibility about his/her job duties.
3) Sense of "Empathy"- Ability to recognise the differences with flexible mind.
4) Considerate about corporate governance free from personal preference or ego.

And most of all, I believe, "Curiosity" will be an important sense for go something new, be ready for flexible decision making and to be creative.
