After a
period of preliminary research, an agreement between
JICA and
IPS
was signed on February 11th, 2004.
The actual preparations had started in March, 2004 when two long-term
experts contracted with JICA were dispatched to Sofia:
Mr. Hiro
Matsuzaki and
Mr.
Kazuo Oitani, visiting professors at APU. They have been
playing advisory and consulting roles for the team
implementing this joint project.
Their previous work experiences in the global business arena will be
fully utilized for refining the quality of the Center’s
challenging project of offering new managerial education schemes,
different from those offered at the conventional institutions.
